Central Window Cleaning is currently recruiting for a Inside Sales & Service Representative, based in our Cleveland OH office.

We are looking for: A reliable Inside Sales & Service Representative. They will be first responder to new lead incoming calls, emails or message boards. There are administrative tasks required for interaction and scheduling of new or reoccurring jobs. It is also your responsibility to support both the technicians and department manager through clear communication and organization of the work flow in either day to day work flow or in the acquisition of new work. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing tasks, have great customer service / sales skills, organized and able to work with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy. This role ensures smooth running of our company’s Residential Department and contributes in driving sustainable growth through effective customer service/ sales actions and contributing to the process developments for the Residential Department.

What your role will look like:

• First responder to inbound communication from prospective or existing clients
• Schedule Residential/Commercial service using our Software
• Ability to engage in a “service conversation” with client – matching our services to their needs and pricing accordingly (this is not a “hard sell” environment)
• Reschedule service with our current/ past clients
• Ability to maintain multiple calendars and stay organized
• Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
• Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in customer service
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Comfortable, welcoming and enthusiastic on the phone
• Excellent time management, multi-tasking and meeting deadlines
